The 5 step process to get you in Topp Shape 


1. ASSESSMENT 

- During our first meeting, we will map out your personal goal and what it is going to take to get there. 

- We will discuss health, dietary, training and injury history 


After we gain clarity on where you have been, we can plan for your future 


2. PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM 

- Make a commitment to me and I will dive into every detail that maps out a successful program and ensures you have the right tools to see success. 

- Frequency, volume, and intensity match your goals, abilities and lifestyle. 

- Coaching that allows you to understand how to properly execute movements and get the most out of training, injury free. 


3. CUSTOM NUTRITION PLAN  

- It is important that we work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle rather than making your lifestyle fit into your meal plan. Meal frequency, nutrient timing, workout nutrition, calorie and macro targets and more. We will master the art of personalizing your nutrition in an applicable way 


4. SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY 

I AM HERE FOR YOU 


We will work together to create daily habits that lead to your success. 


To ensure you are properly progressing you will receive weekly updates and adjustments. 24/7 access to your coach for any questions, concerns, motivation and more. Weekly check ins and as many training sessions as you’d like. 


5. ACCOMMODATIONS

- It’s not realistic for you to be 100% on the diet and training and that’s okay. We are here to adjust by the day whether we are changing up the week because you are on vacation or we are rerouting your training program due to an injury.

Our small group personal training was created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and fat loss. This class is up to 6 people with a coach that makes an adaptable program (we adjust to the individual). 


Our group sessions are designed for maximum fat loss and general conditioning while building lean muscle and keeping your joints healthy and pain free. We’ll take you through an intro orientation where we’ll help you find the appropriate challenge level to get the best results while staying injury free. We believe that anyone can make you tired, but not everyone can make you better. In other words, we don’t break you down, we build you up and get you results!

The hardest part about starting a fitness/fstloss journey is making the adjustments to food. It’s not always eating healthy that’s the problem but finding the time to cook consistently is hard. Not to mention it’s hard to  makehealthier food taste good.

This is a 15 meal/week package. We will provide 3 tasty healthy meals a day 


We will set your macro targets to ensure you reach your goals. We prepare the food so all you have to do is eat and go about your day. 


This will not be your next restrictive diet. Week by week we will plan ahead for date nights and weekend outings so you don’t miss out on life.
